Glatfelter Insurance Group acquires Professional Underwriters Company

Anthony P. Campisi, president/CEO of Glatfelter Insurance Group, and William Kronenberg III, CEO of Professional Underwriters Company, announced today that they have entered into an agreement for the Glatfelter Insurance Group to acquire Professional Underwriters Company.

Anthony P. Campisi said, “Professional Underwriters and Glatfelter share a long history and commitment to serving the insurance and risk management needs of public entities. We are impressed by Professional Underwriters’ talented underwriting team, led by John Solari, and that team’s commitment to controlled growth and high quality service. John Solari will be promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Glatfelter’s Public Practice division and, along with his team, will continue to operate out of Exton, PA.”
